BSOD Kernel Inpage Error

I reformatted the hard drive. Didn't immediately install the drivers but after I run the Fujitsu test, it says its broken. So replace HDD?

Did it say what was broken?

Anyway, if you HD is disappearing, I would say that the HD has reached the end of it's useful life.

So yes, replace it.

It said that it either its power cable, another cable (I forgot what it is) or the master slave setting is incorrect.
