Which is the second antivirus other than avg? I actually installed it after a few bsod, is there any cheap/free antivirus programs you suggest?

You already have MSE installed. It's my only a/v recommendation I will ever make. It's the only antivirus that can not and does not cause bsods under any circumstances.

Removal of AVG should set the machine right and well.
