im instaling SP pack 1 and got Bluescreen in that moment
now im stuck in installer on
preparing your computer

Are you able to reboot to Safe Mode?

save mode + network

I suggest that you scan your computer from Safe Mode for any Malware and viruses.
Then run, from a command prompt: chkdsk /r

after restart on black screen
it maybe because i already made chkdsk before i installing servis pack 1

before i wrote what u said chkdsk /r
in
cmd
