Why do you want to flash your graphics card, and which one is it?

I'm assuming if you are using NIBITOR then it's an NVIDIA card you are trying to tweak - I really wouldn't bother unless you are very confident in doing so.

There is an old tutorial on how NIBITOR works here: http://www.mvktech.net/content/view/2069/37/

Ian,my video card is an nvidia geforce 7500 LE,but released from ASUS 4 years ago and the bios card is to old and almost out of date,so i got the bios file from TECHPOWER site, now i have everything prepared to flash except this BIN file i want to open via NIBITOR but doesn't recognise it,i just want to change it to .ROM and my question was witch program or something else to open it.

Unless you've got any specific problems with the card, I wouldn't bother flashing it - I don't think you'll notice much difference by doing so. If you do flash it, only use the BIN file and flash utility from the asus website (if provided) as they will be matched to work.

I have to agree with Ian here, there's little benefit to flashing GPU's BIOS but there are plenty of risks. Unless the BIOS update fixes a problem you are having then I don't recommend it, the potential to turn the GPU into a paperweight is high.

I did today already one overclocking on my card, but an overclocking is an overclocking and an flashing is an flashing, total different.
Have a nice day.

Yes, it is totally different. If the overclock fails you can just reboot the machine and everything is almost always fine.

If a BIOS flash fails the card can be bricked and you don't have a guarantee it will be replaced under warranty (Or you are out the cost of shipping it in for warranty). If it is a modified BIOS then it usually nullifies a warranty, but again it depends on the GPU manufacturer in question. If you do plan on still flashing the BIOS make sure to remove all other PCI and PCIe cards from the system first, and set the computer to stock speeds if it is overclocked.
