Have you searched for the file on your hard drive ?

If you right click the file, and do "Properties", does the
executable have Corporation information in it, giving some
hint who supplied it ?

Looks familiar to me. Is it an old fix for the anomaly of the date rolling
over at the start of year 2000? Though I thought they were only issued for
Windows NT, 95, 98 & 2000.

It's an old driver file, meant to work with Win2k and WinXP. I don't
remember where it is from, maybe intel? Somebody else can check the 4
million hits in their favorite search engine.
