Well AION is MMORPG game and a have played it for months but when I changed to win 7 I cant play it......the reason NCsoft launcher is not working on my PC so i cant update AION take a look https://www.w7forums.com/ncsoft-launcher-t4155.html#post27353

Have you tried to run the launcher in Compatibility mode? Just right-click the icon and select preferences and there should be a tab for selecting Compatability (try Windows XP)

From an Aion Forum:

Notice that your error file says this:

Message: Font 'Verdana' does not support style 'Regular'

That means you are missing fonts that the program is requiring to run.

Find somewhere that has the fonts to download, such as here:

Download Microsoft Core Fonts

Most likely there will be one or two more you are missing too tho besides Verdana, but that page should have all of them that you need.

I had this prob aswell, i just reinstalled the launcher and prob was solved for me.
