Adding a delay to Screen Lock startup

In the XP days, used to have a setting in TweakUI Powertoys to adjust a
delay for the screensaver lock option. In other words, if your
screensaver kicks in while you're watching it, the UI let you move the
mouse around or hit a key or something to prevent it from locking down
completely. You could set the delay to something 5 or 10 seconds, or
whatever, and hit an input device to stop it from going into the screen
password lock.

Is that still available somewhere in Win 7?

As far a I am concerned, it is default behaviour in Win7HPx64. If the
screen goes black - as the password-protected screensaver kicks in - I
have a few seconds to touch the pad or a key to stop that and return the
screen to whatever window I had up at the time. If I am even a fraction
too late, the logon screen appears.
