Hello and welcome to the forum.:)

What exactly is not working? The slide show or the entire program. Can you try a restore point to before the problem began?

Have you installed any other photo related software recently?

Tell us a little about your system, ie what windows version and anything else you can think of.

Details, please.
That's what I meant to say!

Heya :) Welcome to the forums

As allready said the others, please explain a bit more ;)

But a system restore often works when problems arise after a while. Just restore to before the prob, and you're good to go :)
Hereis a tut to help you out: https://www.w7forums.com/system-restore-t1328.html

This is my first post so here goes a BIG thanks. DC.

Ok. But could you please explain what your problem is? We can't just guess!

What changes to your system have you done lately? When does the problem occur, etc...

Um... What kind of pictures are you trying to view? What size are they?

I had problems with openning images that were more than 250MB...

Ok. Do you have any problems with other images? The JPG you are trying to view might be corrupt.

Ok. Um... I was wondering, is there anything in here:
C:\Windows\system32\spool\drivers\color ?

Have you changed any color settings?

Actually - Can you open any image at all? Because, sure it could be the image, but it's just as probable that it's the Photo Viewer.

So recap;
Try an other image.
Try opening the image in Paint.
Look to see if there is anything in the folder I said.
? Upload the photo.

And most important of all, post back :p

Um... Could you first try another image? And open it in regular Paint.
You don't need Paint Shop, there is already a basic Paint in Windows. Please use that to try and open.

And to upload, just go in advanced mode on this forum and click on the little paperclip. You can upload the image with that.

pain shop.
LOL - Sorry, that typo is just so funny :D
