when i plug in the usb port i the wirless device comes up (yay)
but has the yellow hard signal next to it.
when i try to update the driver i get this the installation of this device is forbidden by system policy. contact system admin
i am the system admin on the pc
and made another admin account still the same thing when trying to update to the 2009 driver so i cant use this device at all.
Running windows ultimate 64 bit

any help please

You are missing a driver. Is this an XBox 360 controller? Maybe this driver.

But you need to disable driver enforcement. See this tutorial HERE.
