Help me please. I need to set a static IP for my router. I am the only user of it (and a few other of my things, like iPhone and PS3). The attached picture is of my router's set up page. Thanks in advance! :)

First question would be if you want your computers setup with a static IP or if you want your ISP to assign a static IP for your Internet connection?

Listen to tell you the truth: I really don't know monkey about IP and stuff. I just heard that having a Static IP helps you in Flight Simulator because of connectivity issues. I think I want my computers setup with a static IP. But, I think that IP is like 192.168.1.100 or something, like the internal IP not external 98.197.87.130.

Not for setting up the computer with a Static IP. Now if you want to forward a port to the computer with the static IP, that is done in the router.
