Getting an mp3 (audio) file onto a CD or DVD with Cyber

I recorded the two hour Science Friday program today onto an mp3 file
today using Replay AV; however, I'd like to turn it into a CD or maybe a
DVD. The only tool I know about is CyberLink that came with my PC.
Supposedly it should do the trick, but my Science Friday folder is under
Libraries->Music.>WWRecordings. That's where the Replay AV recordings
go. It is hidden. Cyber can't get to it. If I try to unhide it with
Properties, it still acts hidden. How do I get out of this fix?
