Bluetooth doesn't work!!!

This is a Pavilion dv9650us, my bluetooth doesn't work in W7, i dont know if its the drivers, but I installed the drivers 5 times already and it seams to be well installed. The bluetooth service, recognize cellphones, but its impossible to transfer any data, it says that is not compatible.
Please help!!!
