Please explain why you feel it's faster if it drops down. Obviously,
it's not actually faster, so are you saying it's sort of an optical
illusion? I don't understand.

But seriously, maybe he means faster work-wise. AS in he's used to selecting
menus form the top, so having the taskbar is a natural extension of that.
