Don't call names, or you may find they bounce back and attach to you.
If I'm not mistaken, hiberfil.sys is not even looked at while Windows
is running, and it gets created anew when (if) you hibernate. If I'm
not mistaken, deleting it has no ill effects and doesn't make the
machine crash.
I do wonder why the PP's is so large, though. Mine is just over 3
GB. Maybe it's the size of RAM?

When hibernation is turned off Windows deletes hiberfil.sys.
