UAC black screen

Anyone know how to disable the black screen you get when UAC kicks in please ?

I was using XDN tweaker on vista to disable it ( but still keeping UAC running)
I have installed XDN tweaker but it no longer supports removing the black screen but works well in all the other tweaks it offers

.Any ideas would be appreciated as its really annoying me know lol.

On Windows 7, use the slider in UAC options and move it down to the option which doesn't dim the screen (second to lowest, I believe.)
