You can import PST files to Office 365 using either manual or professional methods. The manual process involves five key steps:
1. Go to the official CloudMailMigration website to download the PST to Office 365 Migration Tool.
2. Click the "Add File" button to browse and choose the PST files you would like to import.
3. After adding the files, the tool will provide a detailed preview of the PST data, such as emails, contacts, calendars, and attachments.
4. Then, choose Office 365 as output email client from the drop down menu.
5. Press the "Login" button to provide your Office 365 account credentials.
6. Select the particular Office 365 mailbox or folder into which you would like to import the PST data.
7. Use the filtering options to include or exclude certain data based on date ranges, email addresses, or folders.
8. Once you have set up all parameters, press the "Start Migration" button.
- Upload the PST file to the Office 365 cloud platform.
- Create a PST Import Job to upload the data to Exchange Online.
- Install the Azure AzCopy utility and use the SAS URL for secure file transfer.
- Prepare a CSV file to assist in the PST file migration.
- Generate a PST import mapping file to complete the process.
