what it is, otherwise delete it as spam.

Or, he might have just shown it to us, but I think that he'd rather
make us beg for it. He's playing a mind game with us.

I hope not. Anyway, I've only seen a file like what he has posted only
once. A binary file would show control characters, zeros. And when you
view them they aren't formatted.
