Startup alternates between fast and slow

This behavior is not random - it consistent, back and forth between fast and painfully slow startup every boot. Help, please.

What is the make.model of your computer?

A screenshot of your start-up programs from MSCONFIG (or CCLeaner > Tools > Startup) would be nice. NOTE: Be sure to space the columns better so we can actually read the program files.
