Shields up

Whenever I scan all service ports in Shields up, all ports are shown on stealth mode, and the text summary is perfect. However, I get a red failed sign. If I repeat the sac, the results are exactly the same, and the text summary is exactly the same, however i then get a green passed message. What the hell is going on, it is always the same?
