My files have been encrypted.System restore has been disabled. What can I do.?

Unfortunately there are no easy solutions. (From another computer) Research the exact messages you see to determine exactly what virus has infected you, then find & follow the specific instructions for removal of that particular virus. Normally it will involve using safe-mode and tools like RKILL & TDSSKILLER to stop the installed code, then an anti-virus to remove it & finally the specific instructions on how to decrypt your files.
