outlook 2013 previewer for excel documents not working

I have a user that has there outlook now previewing any excel documents. I have checked the all of the add-in's to make sure that they where enabled. I have also checked some Google searches to see what other people have had tried but no luck. Anybody have an idea why this isn't working?

Apparently it is done for safety - See HERE. I see others with your same complaint.

I'm not exactly sure what this does but it might be worth a shot to install the Microsoft Office Language Interface Pack 2013 Preview and see if it provides what you need.

That didn't work. It just seems like outlook 2013 thinks that the excel previewer is disabled. Everything is enabled inside of outlook. Any other ideas?

As far as I can find it's meant to be that way to protect you. Maybe someone will come along with another idea but at this point it seems the options are use a different email client that supports previews, such as older versions of Outlook, or live without a preview.
