My exported vCard file contains duplicate names and numbers. Help is needed

I recently exported my contacts to a vCard file and found that many names and phone numbers appear multiple times. The file has become difficult to manage, and manually removing duplicates would be very time-consuming. I need a simple way to clean up the vCard file and keep only the correct contact entries without losing any important information. Could someone suggest a solution?
