Is there a way to uninstall (not hide) the default games in 64-bitWindows 7 HPE?

Uh, it didn't come with preinstalled softwares. It was set up by IT
department at work.

I don't see any the preinstalled default games (e.g., Solitaire) in
Windows 7's installed programs list.
That's because it is not listed there. Instead you'll find them after
you click on Control Panel - Programs and Features then click on the
line that says "Turn Windows features on or off" in the left pane of
the window.

I don't know about Minesweeper, but my understanding is that what
you say about Solitaire is correct. It was there to teach people
how to click, double-click, and drag-and-drop.
Windows used to have a very nice tutorial about mouse use as well as
other things, I think that went away with Windows 95, not sure....

Ant I like your site but why can't I watch the streams without them
freezing? Do I need to tune up my system or something?

Sure just click on Start - Control Panel - Programs and Features, then
on the left side click on the line that says "Turn Windows features on
or off". In the next window that opens just clear the check in the box
next to Games and click OK.

That doesn't uninstall them though it just removes your ability to use
them, ie hide them, something the OP specifically said he did not want.
