OK. One more q is the iso file with the tool or will I have to download separately some where

You have to download the W7 SP1-U ISO and the tool separately. For the ISO you have to pick the bit-size you need 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64), the language example English, in the version to match the product key you already own: Home Premium, Professional, or Ultimate.
