How to overwrite the free hard drive space?

Hm...

this overwrite process is mentioned in other forums talks too...

Looking into Mil Shield does it show in the right click context menu ?, I see its retail but there is a trial so I will give it a run :) ... I always like to try (new to me software) thats how we find the best !

Eraser,Ccleaner,Mil Shield are possible (good) choices to free and full space overwriting.
