Looking into Mil Shield does it show in the right click context menu ?, I see its retail but there is a trial so I will give it a run ... I always like to try (new to me software) thats how we find the best !

Eraser,Ccleaner,Mil Shield are possible (good) choices to free and full space overwriting.
