You can upload MBOX files to Apple Mail by using its built-in import option.
Open Apple Mail on your Mac, then go to File → Import Mailboxes. Select MBOX format, choose your file, and continue. Apple Mail will automatically import your emails and create a new folder named Import, where all messages will appear.
From there, you can easily move emails to any folder you want.
This method is straightforward, but it may take some time if the MBOX file is large.
For a smoother process, many users use the BLR MBOX Converter Tool, which helps handle MBOX data more efficiently and keeps emails, attachments, and folder structure properly organized.
