I have a large collection of Outlook MSG files that need to be archived in PDF format for documentation and sharing purposes. The problem is that many emails contain important attachments, and I don't want them to be lost during the conversion process. Manually opening each MSG file and printing it as PDF is taking too much time.
Is there a reliable way to batch convert MSG files to PDF while preserving email formatting, metadata, and attachments? I would also prefer a solution that works without requiring Microsoft Outlook to be installed. Any suggestions or recommendations would be appreciated.
