I have a large collection of Outlook MSG files that need to be archived in PDF format for documentation and sharing purposes. The problem is that many emails contain important attachments, and I don't want them to be lost during the conversion process. Manually opening each MSG file and printing it as PDF is taking too much time.

Is there a reliable way to batch convert MSG files to PDF while preserving email formatting, metadata, and attachments? I would also prefer a solution that works without requiring Microsoft Outlook to be installed. Any suggestions or recommendations would be appreciated.

If you need to convert hundreds of Outlook MSG files to PDF without losing attachments, my personal recommendation for batch conversion that is the easiest and safest is to try an automated MSG converter, like the DataVare MSG to PDF Converter Expert, because it is virus-free and very lightweight, so my old PC can easily install it. The software allowed me to convert multiple MSG files at once while preserving email content, hyperlinks, date and time information and attachments. It also offers File Mode and Folder Mode which make bulk conversion simple. Since it works independently of Microsoft Outlook, the process is quick and hassle-free. Always verify a few converted PDFs to ensure all data has been transferred correctly.
