It's easy to bring your MBOX files into Apple Mail because Apple Mail already supports the MBOX format.
You only need to use the import option that comes with the program. To import mailboxes into Apple Mail, go to File > Import Mailboxes, choose Files in MBOX format, and then choose your MBOX file. Apple Mail will bring in the emails and put them in a new folder. It will keep most of your data, such as attachments and the way the emails are set up.
Based on what I've seen, this works well for MBOX files that are small to medium-sized. But if you have a lot of emails or files to deal with, the process may take a little longer.
If that's the case, the BLR MBOX Converter Tool can help you handle a lot of data more efficiently and make sure that everything is moved correctly.
In general, the built-in feature of Apple Mail is the easiest way to get your MBOX emails in. If the size of the data grows, tools can help.
