Our company has employee contact details stored in several CSV files. Now we need to move these contacts to VCF format so employees can easily access them on their mobile phones and other contact applications.
The issue is that we have thousands of records. Each contact contains different details, such as employee name, mobile number, office number, email address, and department. Saving everything manually would take days, and we don't want to lose any of these details during the transfer.
I was looking for a smart way to easily convert CSV contacts into VCF in bulk and found Softaken CSV to vCard Converter. It caught my attention because it supports multiple CSV contacts, field mapping, UTF-8 characters, and vCard 2.1, 3.0, and 4.0 formats. It also allows saving all contacts in one VCF file or creating separate files.
I'm considering trying it with a small batch of employee contacts before processing the complete database. I mainly want to check whether phone numbers, email addresses, and other employee details remain in their correct fields.
