I recently recovered a few Outlook PST files from an old office laptop, and I'd like to convert them into PDF so they're easier to access and share with my team. The challenge is that I no longer have Outlook installed, and some of these PST files are quite large.
Most online guides recommend printing emails one by one, but that's not practical when there are thousands of messages. I need a solution that preserves folder structure, email formatting, sender and recipient details, and attachments where possible.
During my research, I noticed several users mentioning the DRS Softech PST to PDF Converter for handling large PST files without Outlook. Before trying it, I wanted to ask the community if anyone has real experience using it or if there's another method you've found more reliable.
My priority is accuracy rather than speed. I want to make sure every email is preserved correctly without missing data or creating disorganized PDF files. Any suggestions or lessons learned would be appreciated.
