Hola! He decidido cambiar las configuraciones del windows 7 para que no se actualice automáticamente.
He notado que se vuelve mas lento al actualizare continuamente.

¿Está bien lo que hago o debería habilitar las actualizaciones nuevamente?

It is fine as long as you remember to check them manually, in fact for laptops I highly recommend making it a manual process.
