I only just discovered RegSeeker last month and agree it works like a charm on Windows 7. I found that it was best to not use the Auto Clean at first and just scan selected areas of the registry (don't click all the HKEY boxes) and look through the results. Then when I saw a key I didn't want deleted, I just right-clicked and selected the option "add to exclusion list".
