Windows Explorer opening Discrepancy

How do I get Windows Explorer to open in the RIGHT Pane the way it opens in
the left folder listings. In other words, when I click a folder in the left
pane it opens to the same size showing all selected details. However, if I
open the same folder in the right pane it opens to a smaller window and
always cuts off the details (unless I manually stretch the window out).
