SOLVED Uninstalling programs - unsure of one

Hi,
I am trying to clean out my PC as best I can, but in "Uninstall programs" there is one item left which I am unsure if it is safe to delete or not.
It is named: Atheros Communications Inc.(R) AR81 Family Gigabit/Fast Ethernet Driver, and it is version 1.0.0.10.
I searched my computer for this item but I can not find it. The only thing I can think of is it may have something to do with an old external hard drive I once used.
Please let me know if I am safe to remove this, thank you.

It's the driver for your internet connection to work. Don't delete it.
