Hi,

I have two PCs both running Windows 7 home Premium. They were both connected via a network and Homegroup. My router failed last week and since fitting the new router neither PC can see the other voa network or Homegroup. One PC shows as connected to Network 3 and the other as connected to Network 4. How can I get them to be connected to the same network (change network name)?

thanks,
Gerald

Hi,
Is your PC not connecting to the network? I think there is no LAN drivers in your PC. So Try to install LAN/ Ethernet Drivers Depends upon your Operating system.

Both PCs connect to the internet via the router through Ethernet cables so I am sure that the Ethernet is working okay and drivers are installed, it is just that they show in the network as being different networks so they cannot connect to each other.
