It looks like I am finally ready to take the leap to Win7. Anybody have links to sites giving detailed step-by-step instructions on how to preserve files, pdf documents, photos, etc., in these XP Pro locations:
DELL'S Documents
C:\Documents and Settings
....to either a flash drive, or migrate direct to another PC with Win7 Pro installed? Also, is there a way to archive to flash drive or migrate browser addons? I have 'Classic Add-ons Archive 2.0.3', which seems to have been purged from the internet, making it a high-value item to me.
