Move Win 7 O/S and all data to a larger drive

I have Windows 7 64 bit on a drive which is nearly full.
I want to try Windows 10 demo in a dual boot configuration.
So I need to move my whole Win 7 installation and all my data to a new larger drive.
How can I do this without losing data and can it be done under windows rather than using proprietary software.

No I wouldn't try to move W7 with windows, you use cloning software such as Acronis or Macrium Reflect. Check out our Freeware DB.
