hello,

my pc managed to crash again. I had to restart pc cca 50x in the last hour. When a computer is running, you can hear a *ping* sound on motherboard, then a fan stops and screen freezes. According to the "blue screen viewer" NTOSKRNL.exe is causing the problem.

Anyway, problems started 3 months ago and its getting harder and harder to work under this conditions. Even other windows forums couldn't help me so i am very grateful just for trying.
( Please try :D)

Ps. here are the some dmp files written in the last few days.

Hi.

Your USB digital camera driver needs to be updated:

Code:
PFC027 PFC027.SYS Thu Oct 25 06:30:51 2007
These drivers need to be updated for your Conexant Modem:

Code:
XAudio64 XAudio64.sys Wed Apr 29 14:21:07 2009
mdmxsdk mdmxsdk.sys Mon Jun 19 17:27:26 2006
This is probably the cause, so uninstall MagicDisc and install perfectly stable PowerISO as replacement:

Code:
mcdbus mcdbus.sys Tue Feb 24 05:34:07 2009
This driver and UltraIso must also be uninstalled:

Code:
ISODrv64 ISODrv64.sys Fri Nov 02 23:21:18 2007
You should also update your NVIDIA chipset and storage drivers for sure:

Code:
nvmcp64 nvmcp64.sys Tue Jul 26 10:07:43 2005
nvarm64 nvarm64.sys Tue Jul 26 10:07:37 2005
nvapu64 nvapu64.sys Tue Jul 26 10:07:44 2005
nvax64 nvax64.sys Tue Jul 26 10:07:38 2005
Update your Marvell Yukon network driver:

Code:
yk62x64 yk62x64.sys Mon Feb 23 10:02:27 2009
Wow, many potential problems. You came to the right place though. Take care of them and post a new crash dump after, if needed. We'll fix this together, no problem.

tnx a lot for a quick response. I did everything you said even though i'm almost 100% sure that my nvidia drivers were up to date heh.
Now we just have to wait and see. Thanks again

You're welcome. You can use CPU-Z to tell us your exact motherboard model. This way, I could probably suggest where to get latest NVIDIA drivers for it. 2005 is simply too old.
