Zoom Crashes

I like many others have discovered Zoom to access friends etc. About 40 minutes into a meeting, one of two things happen. The computer sound card will start to howl, and the screen locks up. Nothing works, holding the power button down for 10 seconds is the only way to shut it down. Then restart and it works fine for awhile. OR. I get the blue screen with several pages of things the computer is doing, then shuts down and restarts. I have a custom built computer, mostly internet, no games ever. Any ideas?

First off you should make sure you have the latest drivers for your video card, sound card, and camera.

If issues persist then consider using the Zoom forums. They have a page on setting up your computer to create a Dump file so that you can post that Dump to their site for help reviewing what may be causing the error.
