SOLVED Windows not starting

I recently got a new motherboard and from I put it in windows has loaded up the the point where it asks me if I want to start windows normally or in startup repair. I have ran the startup repair several times and nothing is happening. If I hit run normally, it gets to the point of the logo and the system restarts. I have tried using system restore but it still is not working. Could it be something to do with me installing the motherboard myself?

Yes there could be a hardware issue but have you tried reinstalling W7 from the DVD?

No I have not tried to reinstall it but would that really make a difference as everything was working fine before I tried to change the motherboard.

Can make a huge difference. New MOBO = need for new drivers.

It seems to be working now but I had to basically wipe the computer to get It working but thanks for the help.
