Hi everyone

Can someone please help me, I am having a reoccuring problem with Windows Explorer either stopping or restarting within seconds of the laptop being switched on.

Hi Mike, do you get any error messages when Windows Explorer crashes? The more information we've got on this, the better .

If you take a look in "Event Viewer" at the time of the crash (probably under Windows Logs > Application) at the time of the crash, you may get more error details which you can paste in here.
