Windows domain user files backup - Which permission?

I am trying to backup the users re-direced folders that are placed on
the SMALL BUSINESS SERVER 2011.

when trying to back up the files, it states Access denied due to
permissions.

the acount that is loggin on to do the backup is an Administrator
account.

How can this be done?

Add the user account to the "Backup Operators" group.
