windows 7 x64 sp1 installation error

i have ran sfc /scannow but the cbs file is too large to attach..

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you installing W7 or just updating it? If this is an error from Windows Update then just run the Microsoft Fix-it for Windows Update
