I'm using a Dell 760 Optiplex with Windows 7 Professional and I've connected an HGST external hard drive to a USB 2.0 port. However, the computer isn't recognizing the drive. The previous owner mentioned wiping it clean before selling it to me. Can someone advise me on how to make my PC recognize this drive? Thanks in advance.
