Is it legal to use win7 on 2 different computers using the same product key?

RULE : one product key, one install.

1. If the win 7 is an OEM version ( pre-installed by computer manufacturer ) , the product key lives and dies with the original computer.
It is illegal to use the product key for another computer.

2. If the Win 7 is a retail version ( you bought it separately and it comes in a box ), you can use the same product key on another computer PROVIDED it is uninstalled from the first computer. In other words, you cannot use the same product key for multiple computers at the same time.
