So. I get that "Cannot complete assessment" error everyone used to get with Vista, and I'm unsure why. All my drivers are fine, everythings a - ok. And, when I first installed Windows 7 everything worked fine, even the assesment. Now just all of a sudden it doesnt. Anyone else having an issue doing the assessment?

Did you upgrade any video drivers? What's the name and model of your video card?
How old is this PC?
From what I read on the Internet, it's mainly a Video card issue. Try going the the video cards manufacturer's website and look for updated drivers.or go a search for your particular card.
