And Resource Monitor can give you the information in real time.
Open Task Manager, select Performance and at the bottom click
Resource Monitor.
In R.M. click the Network tab. The arrows at the right let you
expand any of the four categories.

Thanks for the information. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get it to
work. It seems I have to have Group Policy Management installed, and
when I tried to install it, it said Windows 7 wasn't the right version.
