Windows 7 bootup stuck after Logo

Hello..

Lately my laptop is having problem to boot up..
It usually occurred when my laptop haven't boot up for mabye a night..
it will stuck with black screen after the windows logo on boot up..

Windows 7 x32 Ultimate
Service Pack 1

Anyone know how to overcome this problem?

Try booting in safe mode and disable any antivirus software and boot in normal mode

The Drivers on the Acer site date back to 2009.
