It looks like Windows 7 Beta 1 has been finalised (and leaked) already! Reports say that the build number is 6.1.7000.0.081212-1400 and is available as an ISO on many torrent sites.
The new Icon taskbar now works fully, and there are some speed/memory improvements over previous versions.
