Windows 7 32 bits to 64 bits product key

I have the product key for a 32 bit windows 7 ultimate. Can i use the 32 bit windows 7 Product key on a 64 bit windows 7 ultimate?

Yes you can, BUT remember you can only have ONE install per product key.

if it were an enterprise edition you could, but it would have a unique key. a product key is specific to that perticular software, not every copy of windows 7.
